Here is a list of Cumberland County high schools that offer specialty academies and/or college credit programs.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE TO THESE SCHOOLS BY FEBRUARY 20, 2018!

Early College High Schools

Douglas Byrd – Academy of Finance or Academy of Green Technology

E.E. Smith – Academy of Math and Science or CCS Fire Academy

Pine Forest – Academy of Information Technology

Seventy-First – School of the Arts

South View – International Baccalaureate Academy or Academy of Public Safety & Security

Terry Sanford – Academy of Global Studies

Westover – Academy of Health Sciences, Academy of Engineering Tech or Career Pathway-Collision Repair

Reid Ross Year Round Classical H.S. and Massey Hill Classical H.S. are Year Round programs

*Schools of Choice applications can be found at http://choice.ccs.k12.nc.us/application-and-guide/.

*Early College high schools require BOTH a school of choice application AND an application specific to that high school.

**There will be an information session with all three Early College high school programs here at LCMS, on February 5th, during 1st period, for the 8th graders.

**We have a LIMITED number of paper applications for both Choice Schools and Early College schools in the Guidance Office. Students may stop by the Guidance Office if they need an application.
