Hand Placing Letters on White Paper To Spell JanuaryBecause of inclement weather conditions, the Cumberland County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

Central Services staff, principals, and 12-month personnel will observe a normal work schedule.

No breakfast will be served.

Cumberland County Schools sign that reads, Collaborate-Compete-SucceedCCS’ Next Superintendent: Tell Us What You Think!
The Cumberland County Board of Education has hired the North Carolina School Boards Association (NCSBA) to help facilitate its search for the next superintendent of the Cumberland County Schools (CCS). The Board wants direct input from members of the community to help shape the search process and to assist in defining the qualities and characteristics desired in the next CCS’ superintendent.
